Belterra Amenity Center

At the heart of Belterra, the Recreation Center is conceived as both a social anchor and an architectural landmark. Framed by limestone columns, expressive timber structure, and shaded rooflines, the building reflects a modern Hill Country design that is open, welcoming, and grounded in its landscape. Covered outdoor spaces and strong horizontal forms encourage movement between interior and exterior, reinforcing the Rec Center’s role as a natural gathering point within the community.

Inside and out, the complex is designed to support year-round activity and connection. A state-of-the-art gym functions as a flexible venue for fitness, events, and club meetings, while adjacent amenities including a tree-shaded playscape and basketball court extend the experience outdoors. Thoughtfully integrated within Belterra’s trail system, parks, and preserved open space, the Recreation Center exemplifies how intentional design and placemaking can foster community, healthy living, and everyday moments that become lasting memories.
