Bramlett Office

The Bramlett Office Building is a contemporary two-story workplace defined by clean massing, material contrast, and a strong relationship to light and outdoor space. Layered volumes are expressed through a palette of light stucco, dark accent panels, and warm wood cladding, creating visual depth while maintaining a refined, professional presence. Vertical wood screens and deep overhangs provide shading and privacy, while windows bring abundant daylight into the interior and reinforce transparency along the street and shared spaces.

Designed to support a modern office environment, the building prioritizes flexibility, comfort, and connectivity. Clear circulation and efficient floor plates allow for adaptable office layouts, with public-facing spaces located at ground level and focused work areas above. Upper-level terraces extend the workplace outdoors, offering informal meeting and break spaces that enhance employee well-being. Bramlett office is a functional office setting that balances performance with contemporary architectural expression.
