Calera

Set on a two-acre site along the Fazio Canyons Golf Course, this custom home was designed to balance modernist clarity with natural warmth. The architecture responds to the site’s topography and views through a series of axial alignments, layered courtyards, and expansive glazing that blurs the boundary between interior and landscape.

Material selections such as white oak flooring, smooth-cut limestone, and painted millwork establish a quiet, cohesive palette. Interior spaces are open and light-filled, anchored by custom cabinetry and centered around social gathering zones, including a main-level game room and a bunkroom designed for flexibility and entertaining.

The primary suite overlooks the backyard and connects to a private office with framed courtyard views. Upstairs, four en-suite bedrooms and a flexible bonus room provide privacy and spatial adaptability. Outdoor living areas extend the architecture outward, with a negative-edge pool, swim lane, outdoor kitchen, and layered landscape elements that support both relaxation and recreation.

This home reflects a commitment to site-responsive design, material integrity, and livable modernism.
