Cliffside Cottages

Cliffside Cottages is a hillside residential community designed to feel both grounded in the Texas landscape and elevated by its waterfront setting. Natural limestone, wood siding, and standing-seam metal roofs establish a timeless Hill Country palette, while carefully positioned windows and porches frame long views to the lake and preserve privacy between units. Interiors balance rustic character with modern comfort, featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed trusses, and warm wood finishes that reinforce a sense of retreat. Open living, dining, and kitchen spaces are organized for flexibility and ease of gathering, with large glazed openings extending daily life onto shaded patios and outdoor terraces. Together, the site planning and architectural language create a cohesive environment.
