Icehouse Lofts

Icehouse Lofts is a community designed to blend modern residential living with a strong sense of place and identity. The architecture is composed of clean, layered volumes with varied rooflines, large windows, and a warm mix of light masonry, metal cladding, and wood accents. These contrasting materials create depth and texture across the building while breaking down the scale of the building into a series of approachable residential forms.
