RLT The Barn

The Barn is designed as a welcoming community gathering space that blends rustic character with modern comfort. Inspired by traditional agrarian structures, the architecture features reclaimed wood, corrugated metal, exposed steel, and warm lighting that create an authentic yet refined atmosphere.

A tall, open interior volume anchors the space, allowing natural light and expansive views to connect the interior with the surrounding landscape. Flexible seating areas, game tables, and lounge spaces encourage social interaction, creating a relaxed environment where residents can gather, entertain, and enjoy the community setting.
