Inspired by classic beach cottage proportions, this residence was designed to maximize livability within a compact footprint. The form is composed of overlapping gables, horizontal siding, and front and rear porches that reflect the coastal environment and foster community engagement.

A clear circulation path begins at the covered entry and leads past a guest suite and mudroom into an open-concept living area. The kitchen and dining space integrate built-in elements for efficiency, while the living room opens to the outdoors and features a coffered ceiling detail that adds scale and rhythm. The upper level contains three bedroom suites and a sitting loft with access to a private front balcony, creating both shared and individual retreats within the home.
