Set on an elevated site with commanding lake views, this home was conceived as a series of interlocking planes and volumes that respond to light, topography, and the rhythms of daily living. The architecture uses strong horizontal lines, deep overhangs, and cantilevered decks to shape shade, frame views, and extend living areas into the outdoors.
The primary living spaces occupy the center of the plan, anchored by a double-height glass wall that draws in light and frames distant horizons. Outdoor terraces, a pool deck, and rooftop lounge provide multiple vantage points for experiencing the site. Private suites are positioned to offer seclusion without sacrificing the connection to the landscape.
Materiality plays a central role in the design. Structural steel, smooth plaster, natural wood, and expanses of glass create an interplay of warmth and precision. The result is a home that lives in constant dialogue with its environment, offering a refined vision of contemporary lakefront living.
